DESIGN TARIFF

As part of delivering an outstanding interiors experience, we would like you to feel quite clear as to what we charge for our services. We will be only too glad to help you identify which services would best satisfy your requirements and circumstance.
Group One – Design: Outstanding Interior Services
Off the Peg No charge This is when you simply place an order with us. Should measurements be involved, we would ask you to double check and confirm them. For peace of mind, you may wish to have our professional fitter pop out. Let us know if this interests you (a fee of approximately £45.00 + vat, per hour would be charged for this service).

Just to be Sure £65.00 plus vat When you know what you want, but would like a home visit to check measurements, positioning, any little quirks and so on. Visits will last approximately one hour.

At Home Interior Inspiration Visit £120.00 plus vat If you feel daunted by where to start, or want to know how to bring your ideas to life, then this is the appointment for you. This is a gentle way to start to unravel your needs. One of our dedicated project mangers will visit you at home, bringing expertise and care to your project. The project manager will suggest lots of ideas to consider, take you through a selection of fabrics and furnishings, and grow your ideas into a chic and comfortable reality. Visits will last approximately 2 hours.

Room Service £400.00 plus vat The design of one entire room, from top to bottom and beginning to end. This service includes the specification of all soft furnishings, furniture and fittings, lighting and flooring. You will receive mood boards and samples, and of course have all preparatory work, estimating and quantifying completed to the very highest standards. A dedicated project manager will be appointed to look after you.

Room Service with Jules O’Dowd £1000.00 plus vat Enjoy feeling the energy of our Principal – Jules O’Dowd – bringing you care, expertise and product knowledge bound together with style, practicality and individuality. Additionally, a dedicated project manager will apply their skills & services to ensure that everything satisfies your needs, with your specific budget in mind.

Bathrooms / Kitchens £400.00 / £500.00 plus vat The two most important rooms in the house, demanding the most intense attention to detail. Typical projects will deliver: floor plans, elevation and 3D drawings, samples and specifications. Additionally advice will be given on: design details, flooring, lighting, wall and ceiling treatments & colours, dining furniture, door furniture, soft furnishings, and fittings & accessories.

Mechanical & Electrical Services Drawings £450.00 plus vat (as required) These are required for building purposes, and are considered working drawings.

Floor Plans and Drawings £250.00-£450.00 plus vat, per room. Recommended for corporate clients and ambitious domestic schemes.
